SUPERCRETE HS is less-irritated and eco-friendly fast-setting agent that achieves high early strength and super strength with a minimum amount while requiring any other no additives.
The main composition is amorphous 12CaOㆍ7Al2O3 that is eco-friendly has low health risk to organism. It is applicable to dry and wet type construction all and no additives make it feasible and economical.

Complex Air-injection system & method are developed by Union Corp., which performs consistent shotcrete-spreading reducing the flow pulsation and dust by controlling pressure by two injection rings and Y-tube. This system is renovated from existing liquid-type supplying equipment, and this powder-type supplying system is solely manufactured and serviced by Union corp.
RMC is sent by the squeeze pump by high-pressure compressed air and grinded passing through the backward injection ring (spiral hole structure) and the flow pulsation caused by disruptions from piston movements of the squeeze pump is significantly reduced in this stage.
as above, the backward injection ring transforms the grinded RMC into high-pressure cyclone and the grinded RMC is mixed with set accelerator through Y-tube. Then a mixture of RMC and set accelerator is obtained.
the shotcrete mixture goes through the forward injection ring (spiral hole structure) and the secondary mixing takes place. The off-set pulsation from the preliminary process is further corrected by secondary high-pressure compressed air, and the pulsation almost disappears and it discharges shotcrete.
